PDF's are out!

Hello White Ashians,
Check your email, you should soon see a notification from BackerKit that your Volume One PDF is available for download. If you don't get an email today or tomorrow, shoot us a DM and we'll hook you up.
Going forward...the pages are being plated with the printer right now. We'll keep you updated on their status, but as of now we're still on track for a July delivery. If you just ordered a "Taste of Ash." Those books will be in the mail next week. Behind the scenes PDF's are also still to come.

Thank you for being so prompt in filling out the survey. 86% of you have already turned yours in. If you're part of that punctual posse, promptly pat yourself on the back. This update is really only for the 14% of you that haven't filled them out yet. So...

Here's your friendly reminder, the deadline for getting your name in the PDF is Monday, May 6th. So if you want to be listed, you know what to do. Once we have those names locked in, we'll move quickly to distributing the PDF's. They should be out by Friday (if not sooner).
Now, everyone go and have a wonderful FREE COMIC BOOK DAY. Please visit your local comic book shop and pick up some free books. While you're there, spend some of those KS dollars on a brick and mortar store. They need our support too.

Check your inbox, your survey should be on its way. If you would like to have your name listed in the PDF, you MUST fill out your survey by MAY 6th. If you fill out your survey after that, there's a good chance your name will not be included. If you don't see your survey in your email by tonight, please reach out to us and we'll send you a direct link.

Hello, White Ashians.
Sorry to burry the lead. BackerKit surveys will start rolling out on Monday (probably late in the afternoon). We apologize for the delay, but since our last campaign, BackerKit has instituted a more vigorous QC review process. So while WE were ready to send them out yesterday, BK is taking the weekend to make sure they don’t have any hiccups.
As we’d like to start sending out the PDF’s to everyone as soon as possible, we’re going to have a ONE WEEK deadline on the responses (for those of you who’d like to have your name in the backer’s section). If you fill out your survey after that, you’ll off course still get your rewards, but we won’t be able to add your name post deadline.
The great news is the book is at the printer right now. So everything else is on target. The pinups are amazing, and Fin’s colors, as usual, look incredible on the new pages.
We can’t wait to show you the final book. It’s going to be an absolutely beautiful volume. Conor’s outdone himself with the design. All the support you’ve given us is fully-realized on the oversized pages. So thank you again, we couldn’t do any of this without you.

Surveys are coming in one week

Hello White Ashians,
Hope you’re all well and looking forward to the holiday weekend (if you celebrate one of the holidays occurring). We just wanted to give you a quick update. The KS funds are are entering week two of being cleared. (Kickstarter policy is to hold them for two weeks… just because. ) If you were a backer who was dropped by KS because of a card not processing, you’ll still have a chance to resolve that in BackerKit… in one week.
That’s right, you should have your BackerKit surveys by next Friday. We’re hoping for a quick turnaround on those. As soon as we have all of your responses back, we’re going to send out the PDF’s. (Should be early May). And we think you’re going to love how the book is turning out.
The design work that Conor had been doing for the interiors is something special. That, combined with the new story and an amazing set of pinups, has us incredibly excited about what you’re going to be getting. Speaking of amazing pinups, here’s another peek. This one is from the remarkable Romina Moranelli.
Just gorgeous. Also, that’s the last one we’re going to showcase in these updates. You’ll have to wait to see the rest until the PDF/book arrives.

Hey White Ashians, Charlie here. I’ve been fortunate to get to know Don. He’s an incredible storyteller who works in comics, film and television. From The Mall at Scout Comics, to Kightfall on the History Channel, everything Don does is crafted with care. Unikorn is no exception. If you like YA material or have a child who would appreciate it, Unikorn is a must back. There are only 6 DAYS left so now is the time to jump on the campaign.
